THE ATOMIC BLAZE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your new piece, but we don't want you to be feel stuck with it if you aren't 100% satisfied. Ordering on the internet can be tough, but we make sure you get the best prices on your items, so you can find great value in comparison to a smoke shop.
If you would like to return an item, we are okay with that, but we do have a couple of rules to accepting a return, which are very similar to a traditional smoke shop. If the item is unused, unbroken and you just changed your mind, you will have to pay to ship it back to us. We recommend shipping with tracking, to ensure that we receive the items back in the original, sale-able condition. If any items are broken, used or not included in the return package, we will not be able to issue a refund. Being that the items are breakable in nature, be sure to pack everything well before sending the items back. Items that are received damaged in shipping with not be eligible for a refund.
All factory seconds, clearance items and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund, and are sold on an "AS-IS" basis.

If you have purchased an item or subscription from AtomicBlaze.com, you can cancel your payment as long as the item has not shipped. If the item has shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase and you have returned the item to us, please allow up to 5 business days after confirmation of receipt for you to receive a refund. A refund for a returned item will be subjected to The Atomic Blaze Return Policy.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Once AtomicBlaze.com has successfully processed your payment, we pack and ship orders either the same business day or next business day, if it is after 1:30PM EST.
Depending on what you ordered, you can expect tracking from UPS Ground, USPS Priority or First Class Mail, depending on item weight and class of shipping service that you have selected. Depending on where you are located in the US, you should receive your package in 2-5 days. Make sure you check tracking first, before contacting our customer support team.
OUR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS POLICY
We ship every package with tracking and delivery confirmation, so you know when you will get your new piece. We have seen some occasions where a shipment gets lost in transit or has been scanned as delivered to the address you provided during checkout and is not received. You, the customer, will be responsible for the accuracy of all shipping details. Once our fulfillment team at AtomicBlaze.com has dropped off your shipment with the local shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL), the carrier assumes the liability for final delivery.
If the item is lost in transit, we send out a replacement.
If the item is delivered to the wrong address, and it's our mistake, we send out a replacement.
If the item is marked delivered to the final address that you provided during checkout, but you have not received it, you will have to contact the shipping carrier and open an investigation. We will not be able to reship or refund your payment, if the delivery carrier has scanned proof of delivery to your provided address.
If you decide to contact your bankcard provider and dispute charges, we will submit our policy that you agreed to at checkout, along with proof of delivery and you will lose the dispute, as well as be blacklisted from buying from our group of websites.
We do however want you to be happy! Our team goes all out to save you lots of money on your smoking accessories because we want to build a better community. We are smokers just like you and know the way to your hearts is through great deals on smoking supplies.
We will always try to do our best to resolve all problems, but occasionally we get some odd requests, scammers and liars contacting us, which turn into scathing online reviews to attempt to discredit or injure our reputation. Just an FYI: that won't fly with us. We will go to the end of the earth to ensure that other customers know the truth.
